To create support networks and community for all Messina U students with interests in law.
The Messina U Law Students group meets once a week on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at the Orchard. Meetings incorporate a mix of lectures from faculty, study group time, discussions, and more. Dinner will be provided at every meeting from a local restaurant on campus that changes every week. Attendance is not mandatory, and members are allowed to show up whenever they would like. The Messina U Students group does not have leadership positions but is run democratically. There is also a bimonthly fun Friday event. Where the group will either watch a law themed movie, study and interesting or entertaining case, or other fun activity.
Members can join by just showing up two meetings and then will be added to communications. This group is tailored towards law students but is open to anyone interested in learning more about the law, meeting new people, spending time in the orchard, or study sessions.
